Two Months of Silence.

I've been dishing out a long silence. Two months, in fact. Unthinkable, for this woman who used to blog daily. This is in part due to the burdens of work, the depressing-ness of winter, and the lack of any thoughts that I want to launch into the public record forever 'n' ever.

But now some posts are coming.  I'm in Thailand, having come here to speak for a university graduation, and I am following up my work with a few days of solitary--as in, no family or friends with me--R&R on Koh Kood, the nearest Thai island to the Cambodian border. With time to walk on the beach, look at the blue blue water, and feel the breezes on my face, and with an adamant refusal to work while I'm here, I feel some of my "ginger" returning. That's a good thing.  I tend to miss myself when I'm buried under work and problems to be solved.

Ready for some photos?
