As I mentioned a while ago, I've been trying to eat with more of a view toward good nutrition. This was my recent salad; it's a deceptive one if you're trying to keep the calorie count down. On the other hand, it was just the thing for a warm, sunny day after a 7-mile walk!Ingredients: Spring salad mix, feta cheese, tomatoes, green olives, roasted salted sunflower seeds, Baco bits, fat-free poppyseed dressing.
